[Cygwin-ports-general] Error installing kdevelop, missing library

Hi,

I just tried installing KDevelop and I get this error when trying to
run the program. This is on Cygwin64, a brand new install:

/usr/bin/kdevelop.exe: error while loading shared libraries:
cygQtDeclarative-4.dll: cannot open shared object file: No such file
or directory

Tried reinstalling, same problem. A missing dependency perhaps?

So I tried installing a few other KDE apps, dolphin, kde-baseapps etc.
and that seemed to pull the library down as well, Kdevelop then works.
